Two-month earthquake

  • Andaman & Nicobar saw a late-night earthquake on April 10. 2.26 pm earthquake vibrations were detected 220 km north of Nicobar Island Campbell Bay. NCS reported a 32-km earthquake depth.
  • April 9: Andaman & Nicobar had a 4 pm earthquake. Its intensity was 5.3. The Nicobar Islands earthquake epicenter was 10 km underground.
  • April 3: Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh felt earthquake shocks at 4:33 a.m. This earthquake had Richter 2.8. Its core was 10 kilometers underground.
  • April 2: Jabalpur tremors at 11 am. It was 3.6 on the Richter scale. The NCS reported vibrations 218 kilometers from Pachmarhi. This earthquake caused no damage.
  • March 31: Late-night Andaman & Nicobar earthquakes. The earthquake measured Richter 4.0.
  • March 26: Bikaner, Rajasthan felt earthquakes last month. The National Center for Seismology reported 4.2 Richter scale intensity. The earthquake struck around 2:16 in the morning 516 kilometers from Bikaner. Stayed west. No one was killed or property damaged.
  • March 24: Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh felt earthquakes. The Richter scale measured 4.0 earthquakes. The earthquake happened at 10.31 am. The National Center for Seismology placed the earthquake’s epicenter 10 km above ground, 28 km from Gwalior. At 10:39 am, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, felt earthquake vibrations. Its center was 11 kilometers from Bhatgaon in Surajpur.
