Sam Hunt is expecting to have two children. Friday night at his Las Vegas concert, the “Make You Miss Me” vocalist announced that he and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, are expecting their second child.
According to an eyewitness at Resorts World Theatre, the country music singer informed the audience during his performance that he is expecting his second child. He added that Hannah and Lucy Lu, his 10-month-old daughter, would be accompanying him in Las Vegas this weekend. Another performance by Hunt is scheduled for Saturday evening at the same venue.
The unexpected announcement was made almost a year after Hunt and Hannah welcomed their daughter into the world. This announcement was made while headlining a charity concert in Nashville, Tennessee, just weeks after Hannah canceled their divorce, which she had filed for in February 2022 citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Since at least 2008, Hunt and Hannah have had ups and downs and been on and off.
According to the divorce papers obtained by ET, the couple is expecting their first child together. Fowler also alleged at the time that Hunt engaged in “inappropriate marital conduct” and was “guilty of adultery.”
A few months later, in May, the couple decided to give their marriage a second opportunity, with a source telling ET: “Sam and Hannah are working to mend their relationship. They are ecstatic to be greeting their daughter together and are concentrating on this. Sam has exerted effort to ensure that Hannah feels secure, comfortable, and confident in him.
“He is acting protective over their relationship,” the source said at the time. “He has taken precautions to ensure that nothing is misunderstood or that he is jeopardizing their relationship in any way. He is aware of the sensitivity of the situation and does not wish to cause Hannah any harm.
