On the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, April 8, the producers of Pushpa: The Rise, the second installment in the film’s series, are reportedly planning to release a teaser trailer for the film. On Monday, a video including clips from the first segment of the special birthday video’s announcement teaser appeared on social media.

A look test for Pushpa 2, starring Fahadh Faasil, was released in November of last year. Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, the film’s cinematographer, posted a picture from the set on Instagram with the description “the beginning of the journey.”

The crew just wrapped up a significant filming schedule in Visakhapatnam, where they shot several action sequences. According to a tweet from the Telugu film website Aakashavaani, the producers have created a three-minute-long teaser from the action sequences shot so far, and want to release it on April 8 to coincide with Allu Arjun’s birthday.

The second part will center on the confrontation between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, who was introduced at the conclusion of the first part as the primary antagonist. Rashmika Mandanna also featured in the film as the role Srivalli.
Arjun popularized the slogan ‘Thaggedhe Le’ in Pushpa: The Rising. In November of last year, he introduced the term for the second time at an event. He expressed the hope that the fans will share his enthusiasm for the film.
