Divya Sikarwar UPPSC Topper 2022: Divya Sikarwar of Agra has topped the Combined State / Senior Subordinate Services Examination (PCS) 2022 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. As soon as the information about Divya Sikarwar, a resident of Garhi Rami village of Etmadpur, became the topper, the whole village was in jubilation. Congratulatory people started pouring in at Divya’s house.

Divya’s father is retired from BSF. While one of Divya’s brothers Deepak is working in the UP Police, the other brother Kapil is preparing for recruitment exams for government jobs. On her success, Divya said that she expected selection and good rank but not to become a topper.
Divya told that she succeeded in the third attempt. He said that failure teaches us. Believing in yourself and dreams definitely brings success. Instead of getting disappointed, work should be done on moving forward by recognizing the shortcomings. Last time I was left with only two numbers. Divya said that girls should work hard using whatever resources are available. She said that she wants to work for women empowerment by becoming an officer.
Divya’s education was written
- Passed the 10th examination in 2011 from Sharda Devi Public School with 77 percent marks.
- Passed the 12th examination from Vimla Devi Inter College in 2013 with 80% marks.
- B.Sc from St John’s College. Got 58 percent marks.
- Post graduation MSc from St John’s College. Got 52 percent marks.
Father Rajpal Singh said that his daughter is his pride. Mother Saroj Devi is a housewife.
When younger brother Kapil used to see his sister Divya studying night and night, he used to show his parents how hard she was working in the morning. State topper Divya Sikarwar prepared while staying in Kanpur and was successful.
Divya said, ‘I did not use the phone during my studies. I don’t have my phone yet. I just used my phone for online studies. I am not active on social media right now. Going forward, I will also prepare for IAS.
Pratiksha Pandey of Lucknow in PCS, the most prestigious examination of the state, while Namrata Singh of Bulandshahr is third, Akanksha Gupta of Uttarakhand in fourth place, Kumar Gaurav of Ambedkar Nagar in fifth place. Sultan Parveen of Lucknow is sixth, Mohsina Bano of Madhya Pradesh seventh, Prajakta Tripathi of Prayagraj eighth, Aishwarya Dubey of Agra ninth and Sandeep Kumar Tiwari of Gonda is tenth.
