The Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, HE Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Sulaiti, released a circular outlining the working hours for ministries, government agencies, and public institutions for the holy month of Ramadan.
The government of Doha announces workings hours
On the occasion of the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan in 1444 AH, it was agreed that the official working hours for government servants throughout the blessed month would be five hours each day, beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 2:00 pm, according to the circular.
Workers may be authorized to arrive late until 10 a.m., providing they meet all job requirements and complete the formal workday (five hours).
