Saturday night, Kim Kardashian honored a long-cherished birthday wish by attending Usher’s concert. The 42-year-old received VIP treatment while attending Usher’s concert alongside her childhood friend Allison Statter, hairstylist Chris Appleton, and his purported fiance Lukas Gage.
Kardashian uploaded images and videos to Instagram from the event. She captioned one of the videos with the phrase “OMG the @usher concert is (fire emoji)” In addition, she posted videos of Teyana Taylor and Usher performing “Bad Girl” live.
Usher sang to Kardashian and her party, “What up Kim, you made it.”
While the reality star thoroughly enjoyed the performance, she vowed to bring her daughters on her next trip.
“Finally made it to see @Usher, but my girls are mad they aren’t here, sooo I’ll just have to come back with them ASAP,” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram story.
In October 2022, Kardashian intended to commemorate her birthday by attending an Usher concert in Las Vegas and dining at the Italian restaurant Carbone, but inclement weather prevented her from doing so. She informed her followers on social media that her flight was unable to land due to strong winds.
“The plane was unable to land due to the wind, so it appears that our Carbone party and @usher concert will not take place, and we will be returning home,” Kardashian had posted.
Usher then posted in 2022, after learning of Kardashian’s cancellation, “Happy birthday Kim! I saw the post, and I regret that you missed the show last night. However, we welcome you with open arms whenever you wish to visit.”
